You can be the hardest worker but still you won’t see any results because of not having the right knowledge, self awareness of their body and a strategy or you can have the best information which is all over the internet but still can’t see results because of not having someone to hold you accountable and hand-hold your way to lose fat.

I would find clothes to look leaner, would hold in my breath while getting pictures clicked. Thought my genes are different or maybe I’m just chubby, not fat. I was sick of people giving me free advice and I would even get into fights when others commented on my weight.

All I wanted was to lose weight to wear the clothes I want, feel confident, go to places with the girl I want and finally, get rid of this to focus on other stuff … but I was so confused where to even start!?

I spent my entire youth figuring out what to do, I ate less, tried keto, fasting, worked out for hours, crunches to melt belly fat, spent money on apps, trainers, nutritionist and I did lost weight sometimes, but either I messed up my health or gained back even more weight and it felt like nothing’s working for me.

The worst part was I was hearing stories about people who lost fat with an extreme diet or someone who worked out for 2 hours daily and I always questioned myself am I too lazy or Not motivated enough? Which made me lose all confidence in myself.

Often I ended up waiting for an ideal time in my life or when I am motivated enough to follow a certain routine…

Everything changed when I realized that it’s not about how hard I work, what if I learn everything I could to develop the right strategy and find out what’s best for my body in the first place instead of following general advice

So I started learning all that I could about health, nutrition, fat loss, and biohacking from Stanford to Emory University.

And after years of learning, failing, trying each and everything on myself over & over again… I learned how to develop the right strategy to know what’s best for my body that’ll give me fast and sustainable results

And by doing those things I transformed myself

I was excited and thought this is going to change everything for my family & close friends and started telling them on call, gave them a diet roadmap on paper, and mailed them workout plans.

People who saw results were … ZERO

All my dreams were shattered… I questioned, how can it not work, these hacks give unbelievable results and are simple to follow.

It wasn’t as easy as I thought…

After a month when 3 people in my gym approached me to help them and just wanted to lose weight, so instead of handing out pieces of information on a paper, this time I systematically mentored them

And within those 2 months, they lost 13, 14 & 16 kg fat, were looking lean, and had fully changed how they looked. They achieved within 2 months that took me years of trying and failing.
